Day by day it’s getting hotter and it is actually so hot that anyone can just bluff themselves in this hot weather. More importantly, you must take care of your body and stay hydrated as much as possible. Consume more liquid and healthy food than junk. Make sure to eat cucumbers, watermelons, salads, smoothies bowls and lots of juices. With this, you also need to take care of your skin as it tends to change its texture with the weather as it is. Here are some tips which you can guys use to keep your skin hydrated and calm:

1 – Consume water – Have at least 6 litres of water daily. It will make your body stay calm and the skin works great. Make sure to add lemons or any citric fruit into it so that it will energize you.
2 – Use sunscreen – As heat rays are going to make you look horrible and also are going to damage your skin, Apply sunscreen twice a day. Use matte sunscreen which makes your skin look glowy and doesn’t sweat to the last. Try to use a gel-based or matt bases sunscreen so that it will remain on your skin and will be radiant your skin.
3 – Keep your skin covered – Make sure to wear a scarf or a face mask to cover your face so that the sun rays don’t hit you badly and you can take care of them properly. Also, avoid wearing makeup under the mask to help avert clogged pores and irritation.
4 – Use light skincare – Moisturize your skin with light and gel-based Moisturize. Use blotting paper to remove excess oil from your face. Add toner and vitamin c serum to your skin care to give hydration and glow to your skin.
5 – Have greens and juices – Eat lots of green salads and green juices to boost your energy and skin. Also, drink fresh juices to add natural sugar in your body and enhance your skin.
