WHY MIND ATTRACTS NEGATIVITY FIRST!

Chances are higher that we choose to be more negative than any other thing. Right?

I am worthless, I can’t do anything in life, nobody wants me in their life, gonna end up all alone. These phrases drool your mind and lead you to bad thoughts and loneliness. They are merely about 2% which I told you, other than that, thousands of thoughts work in your mind and most of them are negative.

Human being tends to think 24/7, it never stops, this is the reason for having so many thought all at one time. We think about all like work, personal, professional, just the world in general. When we are down, when we are angry, facing some bad issue over something, we get negative thoughts and that leads us to anxiety.

When you are thinking so many things, it creates negativity and often shows the wrong path. We need to develop a positive side and remove all nonsense things from our minds. Wish to make sure that whatever this is, it is just a thought and not a reality. We commit to overcoming our negative thoughts into positive ones.

To change them, First, you need to challenge them and make them believe that YES they are just thoughts and not real. A more structured way to deal with negative thoughts is to examine the credible evidence for and against them.

Other questions that can help us challenge our negative thoughts include: “Could there be another explanation?”, “What would other people say?” or “Am I jumping to conclusions?” Another approach is to imagine you’re making a judgment about the thought of a friend, rather than one of your own thoughts. Does it still seem reasonable?

Some lines which can make from negative to positive one:

“He’s an hour late home from work – what if he’s had a serious car accident?” (catastrophizing) to “He’s probably stuck in traffic”.

I should be perfect” (shoulds and musts) to “I would prefer to be perfect”.

“I must be liked by everyone” (shoulds and musts) to “It would be nice to be liked by everyone”

With practice, you’ll learn to recognize and challenge your unhelpful negative thoughts – and replace them with more helpful positive ones. Although you’re bound to have negative thoughts, they don’t have to control you, or how you feel. You’re in control of how you react to them – and you can change them. And when you change your thoughts, you change your reality.

Thank You!
