Can we really do it? or is it just a myth to say so?
Well, Well, Well!
YES WE CAN, Setting time for every task is important thing to do as it creates a time limit to your task and gets you able to complete on time without delaying it.

Instead of setting a time limit for a large project, break it into smaller, manageable tasks. For example, instead of setting a 2-hour block for “work on presentation,” break it down into tasks like “research topic (30 minutes)” or “create slides for introduction (45 minutes).” Evaluate how much effort a task requires. A simple task may need only 20 minutes, while a more complex one could take longer. Adjust your time limits based on the task’s complexity.

Work for 25 minutes and take a 5-minute break. After four sessions, take a longer 15-30 minute break. This helps maintain focus without burnout. Dedicate specific blocks of time to specific tasks. For example, block out 10:00–11:00 AM for emails and 2:00–3:00 PM for meetings. Group similar tasks together (e.g., responding to emails or making phone calls) and allocate a fixed time for each.
Use the Eisenhower Matrix to distinguish between urgent and important tasks. Focus on tasks that align with your long-term goals. Allocate more time and focus to tasks that are crucial, and save less demanding tasks for later.
Setting time limits for each task is an effective way to boost productivity and prevent procrastination. Start by breaking down tasks into smaller parts, setting realistic timeframes, and using time-management techniques like Pomodoro or time blocking. Track your progress, minimize distractions, and hold yourself accountable. Regularly evaluate your approach to ensure continuous improvement. By setting clear boundaries and respecting deadlines, you can enhance your time management skills and consistently meet your goals.

Thank You!
